Role: Lead UI/UX Designer
Platform: Responsive Web and Mobile App
Users: 35,000+ British Airways Staff

British Airways needed a seamless way to collect feedback from over 35,000 employees on nearly 100 new uniform options. I designed a responsive platform that made it easy to explore, evaluate, and respond, combining intuitive UX with visual clarity, performance, and accessibility across devices.

From wireframes to final UI, I focused on reducing friction and encouraging engagement. The interface prioritized discoverability, clear visual hierarchy, and fast load times to help users navigate a large catalogue without overwhelm.

Key outcomes:

  • 1 million+ interactions within 72 hours of launch

  • Actionable analytics on user behaviour, top-viewed options, and engagement time

  • Significant increase in staff participation and sentiment

  • Two industry awards including Gold at the Internal Communications and Engagement Awards 2023

The platform grew into more than a feedback tool. It became a space for internal communication and discovery. We featured real British Airways staff instead of models to create an inclusive and authentic experience that felt personal and relatable. Every design decision supported clarity, trust, and a strong internal brand experience.
